Job Title: Office/Warehouse Assistant
Company: Executive Appliance Service
Location: Brea, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20 per hour

We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Office/Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid role requiring both administrative and light warehouse duties, including:

  • Creating and scheduling work orders using our system

  • Running credit card payments via our online portal

  • Using Office 365 to manage schedules, emails, and documents

  • Receiving and checking in appliances

  • Unloading appliances from delivery trucks (team lifting required)

  • Organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse

  • Breaking down cardboard and preparing it for recycling

  • Taking out trash and general light facility upkeep

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Ability to lift and move appliances with assistance

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable with basic technology and data entry

  • Valid California driver’s license

  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
