Job Title: Office/Warehouse Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20 per hour

We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Office/Warehouse Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid role requiring both administrative and light warehouse duties, including:
Creating and scheduling work orders using our system
Running credit card payments via our online portal
Using Office 365 to manage schedules, emails, and documents
Receiving and checking in appliances
Unloading appliances from delivery trucks (team lifting required)
Organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse
Breaking down cardboard and preparing it for recycling
Taking out trash and general light facility upkeep
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to lift and move appliances with assistance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable with basic technology and data entry
Valid California driver’s license
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
