About Us

JR is a 25-year veteran of real estate and has attained CENTURION® level 16 times and Double CENTURION twice. CENTURION agents represent the top one percent of all CENTURY 21 REALTORS® in the nation.

JR has a Masters in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a designated Commercial Real Estate Specialist. and a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Specialist. JR speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi. He has been a volunteer mentor and instructor for the Entrepreneurial Management Program at California State University of Fullerton.

JR belongs to several professional organizations including the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. JR is a member of Pratham which is a network of organizations that promote primary education for disadvantaged children. He is also a member of TiE, a global, non-profit network of entrepreneurs and professionals dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship. When JR is not selling real estate his hobbies include tennis, golf and traveling with his wife Rashmi and their family.
