Those looking to improve overall strength and wellness are invited to join licensed Physical Therapists from Placentia Linda Hospital for 30-45 minutes of light balance training and physical exercise. This is an injury Prevention and Flexibility training class held monthly for seniors in the Local community who are looking to increase flexibility and strengthen their body for better mobility.
