Here's your chance to get answers to your business legal questions without paying an arm and a leg. This workshop will discuss the common issues faced by business owners when operating as a recognized legal entity in California.
The presentation will focus on the common misunderstandings owners face after setting up a business and address how to effectively protect the owners from liabilities of the business. The workshop will also discuss common duties owed by owner, operators to investors and to business partners, and potential liabilities.
Jai H. Kim of Kring & Chung, Attorneys LLP presents this workshop. Mr. Kim joined the Irvine, CA office of Kring & Chung in March 2016 where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, business transactions, estate planning, tax law and bankruptcy.
