Description
SCORE is hosting an interactive workshop that covers how the commercial leasing process works, as well as methods to take charge and negotiate the best deal possible. The workshop is designed for individuals thinking about leasing office or retail space, or individuals whose businesses are presently housed in leased space and the lease ends within the next 12 months.
Dennis Wright of SCORE will be the presenter. His facility leasing experience totals nearly 15 years and at retirement he was overseeing office leasing activity for 16 operating companies, having 300 + facilities throughout North America. He's been there / done that, and now mentors SCORE clients on all things related to facility leasing.
