Description
Come and check out Fullerton Arboretum's modified culinary program, featuring two classes per month at an affordable cost and much smaller class size. Join the demonstration-style dinners and enjoy full-course meals made right in front of you. All classes include plated servings from the menu and a recipe packet.
On the Menu: Roasted Red Pepper Soup with Garnishes; Homemade Biscuits with Butter and Serrano Ham, Homemade Pickles; and Slated Butter Caramel-Chocolate Mousse.
