The Disaster Preparedness Academy helps local businesses and civic organizations better prepare for emergencies. The DPA is designed to be interactive and informational through three main sessions and 21 workshops. Workshop sessions are led by industry experts on topics such as active shooters, earthquakes, evacuation planning, school and university preparedness, business preparedness and resiliency planning, drills and exercises, and more.
