STARBASE will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, August 17, 2018 in celebration to their new forthcoming classroom facility for their youth program with State Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva, Major General David S. Baldwin, The Adjutant General of California Military Department, and State Senator Janet Nguyen.
